    Every Sky Genetics disposable comes with a unique batch number on the packaging. Enter your batch number on our [Lab Results Page] or email sales@skygenetics.com to request full third-party lab testing.
     
    How do I troubleshoot a device that isn’t pulling?
    Make sure the airflow intake at the base of the device isn’t blocked. If the battery light flashes red, recharge the disposable using a standard USB-C cable. For persistent hardware issues, contact support with your order number.
